Well, as far as our office is concerned and the employees and how we try and be all on the same page, we have regular staff meetings and weekly meetings, and we stress over and over again, we talk about it all the time that our ultimate goal is to treat people like we would want to be treated. We'll be talking about a scenario and we'll say ... Just amongst ourselves and we'll say, "Well, is that what I would do for me? Is that how we would do that for Janette's sister?" Janette is an employee of mine.
Regardless of what the case is, we try and treat people like we would want to be treated or we would like to treat a family member in all aspects, diagnosis, treatment, thinking about how they're feeling, worrying about their concerns, worry about what they're caring about, what's important them. Everybody has different priorities and importances. And so, we're looking to pick out what that individual's main goal is and make them understand that people ... It's not a cookie cutter thing. Everybody doesn't fit in the same box. Everybody has different priorities, has different wants and needs and has different values, and so we try to match ours up with theirs and get something that works for both of us, for everybody involved.
